COVID Hygiene Policy

Yours and our Teams wellbeing is at the utmost importance to us, in light of the current situation we have taken extra precautionary measures to ensure you and our team are safe.

• Avoid handshakes etc on greeting you to our salon
• We will issue you with a mask if you do not have your own
• Your temperature will be taken via your forehead or wrist if preferred
• You will be handed a hot towel soaked in tea tree oil to wash your hands
• Followed by hand sanitiser
• All your belongings and coat will be put in bag provided by us. Please avoid bringing bags of shopping with you.
• All belongings to be kept with you throughout your service
• The number of clients in the salon at any one time has been reduced, however in some instances screens will be used in between sections when space is at a premium
• Extra hand sanitiser always available to you
• Daily Salon cleaning undertaken
• All seats and tools sanitised after each use
• All towels, gowns and capes are single use and disposed of via our recycling service
• Please no eating or drinking during your service
• No mobile phone usage whilst with your stylist however you may use your phone for entertainment whilst your colour /perm is processing
• All payments are taken whilst you remain seated , credit card machine sanitised after every use
• Your next appointment will be arranged whilst you remain seated
• We will dispose of your carrier bag unless you wish to re-use
